Singapore ONE Pass in 2026

The Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass, or ONE Pass, is Singapore's flexible work pass for top global talent.

Salary pathway

MOM currently uses a fixed monthly salary benchmark of at least S$30,000. A candidate may qualify based on qualifying recent overseas employment or prospective employment in Singapore, subject to the detailed criteria.

For the established-company test, MOM uses thresholds including at least US$500 million market capitalisation or US$200 million annual revenue.

Outstanding achievements

Candidates with outstanding achievements in specified fields can be considered without meeting the standard salary pathway. MOM currently lists sports, arts and culture, and academia and research.

MOM has announced an AI and Tech track beginning 28 January 2027. That future track is not a 2026 route.

Flexibility

MOM states that ONE Pass holders can concurrently start, operate and work for multiple Singapore companies, subject to relevant employment arrangements. They do not need a new pass each time they change jobs.

The route is exempt from COMPASS and Fair Consideration Framework job-advertising requirements.

Duration and renewal

A first ONE Pass can be issued for up to 5 years, with subsequent renewals also up to 5 years if the holder meets the renewal criteria.

Family

Eligible family members can receive Dependant's Passes or Long-Term Visit Passes. A qualifying spouse can apply for a Letter of Consent to work.

ONE Pass is not Singapore permanent residence. PR remains a separate ICA decision.
