Philippines quota immigrant visa under Section 13

The Quota Immigrant Visa is a limited permanent-immigration route. BI states that it is available to nationals of countries that have diplomatic relations with the Philippines and grant Filipinos reciprocal immigration privileges.

The statutory quota is not more than fifty (50) of any one nationality, or persons without nationality, per calendar year.

A capped immigrant route, not an investor product

Quota status is not the same as SIRV, SVEG or 9(d). It has its own reciprocity, admissibility and quota constraints and should not be marketed as a guaranteed route based on wealth or property ownership.
